Terms and Conditions Using the mtown Platform

Welcome to mtown.win ("mtown", "we", "Platform"). This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "member", "you") and the operator of the mtown platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of the mtown.win website, the mtown mobile app, and all services provided by us.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Transferring funds between multiple mtown accounts.
• Using a VPN or identity-masking software to bypass regional restrictions.
• Any form of game manipulation or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Making repeated deposits and withdrawals without genuine intent to play (money cycling).

Mtown reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of any part of these Terms.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, subject to full KYC verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mtown will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including:
